Casualty Assistance/Survivor Benefits Plan: This program ensures families of deceased Airmen are provided with immediate and long-term bereavement care, services and support. Services are provided on a case-by-case basis and may include: interest free loans, grants, bridge loans (in event of family death), primary vehicle repair, basic living expenses, and family member scholarships. M&FRC Services Available Air Force Aid Society (AFAS):Īir Force Aid Society (AFAS):AFAS provides worldwide emergency assistance, sponsoring education assistance programs and offering an array of base community enhancement programs that improve quality of life for Airmen and families. The 673d Force Support Squadron, Military & Family Readiness Flight offers six locations that provide training, education, programs, information, and referrals to service members and families, retirees, and DoD civilian employees.
